【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구대는 지난 2월 12일 대구 그랜드호텔에서 ‘대내외적 협력을 통한 대학 상생과 성과 확산 방안’을 주제로 포럼을 개최해 대학 교육의 우수 사례를 공유하고 교육 혁신 방향을 모색했다.

유튜브 실시간 방송을 통해 온·오프라인으로 동시 진행된 포럼에서는 김용현 경상북도 RISE센터장이 ‘경상북도 RISE 추진 방향 및 전략’을 주제로 기조강연을 했다. 김 센터장은 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계(RISE)를 통해 지자체와 지역 대학이 협력해 지방시대를 열어가야 한다고 강조했다.

또한, 대학혁신지원사업에 참가한 교수와 학생들이 ▲ 자기 수업 개선 실행 연구 ▲ 학과 역량 강화 사업 운영 사례 ▲ 대학혁신지원사업 참여 경험 ▲ 비교과 프로그램 100% 활용 전략 ▲ 도전 학기 우수 사례 등을 발표했다.

이와 함께 ▲ 해외 대학의 상생 우수 사례 탐방을 통한 협업 방안 ▲ 지역 정주형 글로벌 역량 강화 프로그램 성과 등도 공유하며, 대학혁신지원사업의 성공적인 운영을 서로 격려하고 앞으로의 사업 추진 방향에 대한 의견을 나눴다.

박순진 대구대 총장은 “이번 포럼은 다양한 교육적 성과를 한자리에서 공유하는 뜻깊은 기회였다”며 “대구대는 앞으로도 디지털 대전환 시대에 맞춰 대학 교육 혁신을 선도해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 대구대는 지난해 8월 교육부가 발표한 ‘대학혁신지원사업 Ⅰ유형(일반재정지원)’ 성과 평가에서 A등급을 획득하며, 대학 자체적으로 최대 규모의 사업비를 확보하는 등 교육 혁신 성과를 인정받고 있다.

Meanwhile, Daegu University is being recognized for its educational innovation achievements, such as securing the largest amount of project funds on its own by receiving an A grade in the ‘University Innovation Support Project Type Ⅰ (General Financial Support)’ performance evaluation announced by the Ministry of Education in August last year.
