사업대상은 사용여부를 확인한 날로부터 1년 이상 아무도 거주하지 않거나 사용되지 않은 주택 및 건축물이다.

청송군은 물가상승과 철거 비용 증가로 인한 군민들의 경제적 부담을 덜기 위해 2025년부터 철거 장비 대여 및 폐기물 처리비용 보조금을 전년 대비 100만 원 인상해 최대 300만 원까지 지원하기로 했다.

신청은 청송군 각 읍·면 사무소에서 가능하며, 기한은 2025년 12월 15일까지다. 빈집소유자가 신청 후 철거를 완료하면 보조금을 지원받을 수 있다.

윤경희 청송군수는 “빈집 정비 지원금 인상을 통해 빈집 철거에 어려움을 겪는 소유자의 철거비 부담을 줄이고, 적극적인 참여를 유도하여 쾌적한 주거환경 조성에 힘쓰겠다.”라고 말했다.
