【브레이크뉴스 고령】이성현 기자=고령군(군수 이남철)은 지역의 경기 침체에 대응하고 민생경제를 회복하기 위한 지역경제 활성화 시책을 2월부터 즉시 시행한다고 20일 밝혔다.

이를 위해 고령군은 전통시장과 관내 상가의 소비를 진작시키기 위해 다양한 소비 촉진 활동을 추진한다. 

우선, 군 공직자들이 자발적으로 참여하는 “고령사랑 런치데이”를 운영하며, 각 부서의 경제활성화 시책을 통해 소상공인들에게 실질적인 도움을 제공한다. 또한, 평일 장날 릴레이 전통시장 장보기 캠페인에 전 공직자가 동참하고, 상반기 신속집행을 통해 3월까지 민생 관련 예산을 집행할 예정이다.

관외 주민을 대상으로 한 파크골프장 입장료 환급제도는 1월에 시행되어 큰 효과를 보고 있으며, 이를 확대하여 어린이 날 새싹큰잔치와 대가야수목원의 입장료 환급 및 관내 상가 이용 영수증 제출 시 무료입장을 추진한다. 또한, 관광지 내 포토존 이벤트 및 쿠폰 발행을 통해 관광과 상권의 연계를 강화할 예정이다.

고령군은 축제 행사와 관련해 관광객을 유도하고, 상권 활성화를 도울 계획이다. 제2회 전국파크골프대회 예선기간을 확대하여 참가선수들이 관내에서 체류하도록 유도하고, 고령대가야축제(3.283.30)와 고령 멜빙축제(5.306.1) 기간 동안 관광객들의 체류시간을 연장하고 지역 상권과의 연계 활성화를 도모한다.

소상공인 지원을 위해 상가 시설 개선사업을 확대 시행하고, 소상공인 특례보증 및 이차보전 지원을 강화한다. 또한, 전통시장 및 청년몰 활성화를 위해 다양한 행사를 개최하여 전통시장의 매출 증대를 꾀한다.

이남철 고령군수는 “공직자들이 민생경제 회복을 위해 적극적으로 동참할 것”을 당부하며, 전통시장과 지역 상권의 활성화를 위한 다양한 시책을 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다. 

또한, 전통시장 청년창업공간 추가 조성, 주차환경 개선사업, 소상공인 상가 시설개선 지원 등 다양한 사업을 통해 지역 경제 활성화를 추진할 예정이다.
