이번 협약은 울진군의 농기계 임대사업 운영 조례 개정에 따른 임대료 인상에 대응하고, 영세 농업인의 경비 부담을 덜어주기 위해 추진됐다.

울진군의 농기계 임대료가 기종별로 평균 55% 인상된 상황에서, 한울본부는 한수원지원사업비 2억 원을 농기계 임대료 할인에 지원한다. 

이를 통해 농기계 임대사업소에서 농기계를 임대할 때 자동으로 감면이 이루어지며, 한수원은 50%, 정부는 25%를 지원해 최대 75%까지 농기계 임대료를 할인받을 수 있다. 지원은 울진군 농업인이라면 누구나 받을 수 있다.

농기계임대사업소를 찾은 유재덕 씨는 "농기계 임대료 인상으로 경영 부담이 커질까 걱정했지만, 한울본부 덕분에 실질적인 도움이 되어 한숨 돌릴 수 있게 됐다"고 감사의 뜻을 전했다.

이세용 한울본부 본부장은 "농기계 임대료 반값 지원사업이 관내 농업인들의 경제적 어려움 해소에 도움이 되어 기쁘다"며, "앞으로도 울진군민들에게 실질적인 혜택을 줄 수 있는 방안을 지속적으로 모색하겠다"고 말했다.

In a situation where the agricultural machinery rental fee in Uljin County has increased by an average of 55% by model, Hanul Headquarters will support 200 million won of the Hanul Support Project Fund for agricultural machinery rental discounts.

Through this, when renting agricultural machinery from an agricultural machinery rental business office, a discount is automatically applied, and Hanul supports 50% and the government supports 25%, allowing a maximum discount of up to 75% on agricultural machinery rental fees. Any farmer in Uljin County can receive the support.
