【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군은 지난 26일 청사 3층 대회의실에서 김광열 군수 주재로 부서장과 담당 직원 90여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2026년 국·도비 지원예산 확보 전략회의’를 개최했다.

27일 군에 따르면 이번 회의는 총 133개 사업에 대해 2,185억 원 규모의 국·도비 확보를 목표로, 주요 사업에 대한 구체적인 추진 상황을 보고하고 내년 예산 확보를 위한 방안을 논의하는 자리였다.

이날 회의에서 논의된 주요 신규 사업으로는 △삼사해상공원 공유 컨퍼런스 조성(160억 원) △풍력유지보수 현장인력 양성센터 구축(60억 원) △생물활성성분 기반 기능성 바이오 소재 제품화 및 양산화 지원(48억 원) △영덕정수장 노후정수장 정비사업(480억 원) △영덕군 소규모 하수처리시설 분류식화사업(270억 원) △영덕군 노후 하수관로 정비사업(217억 원) 등이 있다.

또한, △국가민속문화유산 괴시마을 정비사업(357억 원) △동해안 내셔널트레일 조성(190억 원) △옥계 침수정 일원 정비사업(100억 원) △영덕 국가지질공원 생태탐방로 조성(75억 원) △금진1리 자연재해 위험개선지구 정비사업(490억 원) △천전지구 풍수해 생활권 종합 정비사업(460억 원) 등 64건의 신규사업이 연차적으로 정부에 건의될 예정이다.

계속사업으로는 △농촌협약(65억 원) △국지도 20호선 강구~축산간 도로건설(210억 원) △국립 해양생물 종 복원 센터 건립(166억 원) △경북 스마트 수산가공 종합단지 조성(95억 원) 등 다양한 사업들이 예정대로 진행될 수 있도록 예산 확보에 만전을 기할 계획이다.

영덕군은 목표한 국·도비를 확보하기 위해 중앙부처와 국회를 수시로 방문해 협의를 이어가며, 정부 예산안 편성 절차와 일정에 맞춰 맞춤형 대응 전략을 수립하고 관계기관과 긴밀히 협력할 방침이다.

김광열 영덕군수는 “국·도비 확보는 지자체의 지속 가능한 발전을 결정짓는 핵심 요소”라며, “정부 정책 방향에 대한 충분한 이해를 바탕으로 사업별 맞춤 전략을 마련하고 인적 네트워크를 적극 활용해 국비 확보에 온 힘을 쏟겠다”고 밝혔다.

Yeongdeok County plans to continue consultations by visiting the central government and the National Assembly on a regular basis to secure the targeted national and provincial funds, establish customized response strategies in accordance with the government budget compilation procedures and schedules, and work closely with related organizations.

Yeongdeok County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol said, “Securing national and provincial funds is a key factor in determining the sustainable development of local governments,” and added, “Based on a sufficient understanding of the government’s policy direction, we will devise customized strategies for each project and actively utilize our personal network to put all our efforts into securing national funds.”
