【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시선거관리위원회가 정장수 대구시 경제부시장의 공직선거법 위반 혐의에 대해 대구지검에 수사를 의뢰했다고 4일 밝혔다.

정장수 부시장은 지난 1월 29일 자신의 페이스북 커버를 홍준표 시장의 얼굴과 함께 ‘준비된 대통령, 검증된 대통령’이라는 문구가 있는 이미지로 변경했다. 해당 게시물에는 국민의힘 당 로고도 새겨져있다.

해당 게시물이 논란이 되자 대구시선관위는 선거법 위반 여부를 검토했고 혐의점이 있다고 판단했다.

이에 따라 지난달 27일 공직선거법 제85조 '공무원 등의 선거 관여 등 금지' 위반 혐의에 대한 검찰 수사를 의뢰했다.

현재 정 부시장의 페이스북은 비활성화 된 상태다.
