【브레이크뉴스 고령】이성현 기자= 대가야의 도읍인 고령군은 지난 2월 18일 국가유산청에 의해 대한민국 다섯 번째 고도로 정식 지정된 것을  기념하고 대가야의 역사·문화 중심지로서의 가치를 홍보하기 위한 ‘싱코리아’ 경북 고령군편 본선이 3월 9일 문화누리 우륵홀에서 성황리에 개최했다.

지난 4일 예심에는 80여 팀이 참가하여 군민들의 뜨거운 관심을 확인했고, 그 중 13팀이 본선에 올라 열정 넘치는 무대를 선보였다. 본선 당일에는 1,000여 명의 관람객이 현장을 찾아 행사에 대한 큰 관심을 나타냈다.

행사에서는 고령의 특산물인 딸기, 멜론, 참외 등을 소개하고, 초대 가수로는 나상도, 김용필, 김의영, 이애란이 출연해 공연에 활기를 더했다. 또한, MC 조영구가 진행하는 ‘속풀이 마이크’ 코너를 통해 관객들에게 즐거운 웃음을 선사하며, 분위기를 한층 고조시켰다.

이남철 고령군수는 “순위와 상관없이 음악을 통해 모든 군민이 하나가 되는 모습이 정말 감동적이었다. 앞으로도 대가야 고도인 고령이 지역사회와 협력하여 지속 가능한 발전을 이루어 나갈 것이다”라고 전했다.

한편, TV조선 ‘싱코리아 경북 고령군편’은 4월 20일 일요일 16:30에 방영될 예정이다.

Goryeong-gun, the capital of Daegaya, celebrated its official designation as the fifth capital of the Republic of Korea by the National Heritage Administration on February 18 and successfully held the ‘Sing Korea’ Gyeongbuk Goryeong-gun main event on March 9 at the Munhwa Nuri Ureuk Hall to promote the value of Daegaya as a historical and cultural center.

The event introduced Goryeong’s special products such as strawberries, melons, and cantaloupe, and invited singers Na Sang-do, Kim Yong-pil, Kim Eui-young, and Lee Ae-ran added liveliness to the performance. In addition, MC Jo Young-gu presented the 'Ssokpuli Mic' corner, which made the audience laugh and heightened the atmosphere.

Goryeong County Governor Lee Nam-cheol said, "Regardless of ranking, it was really touching to see all the county residents unite through music. Going forward, Goryeong, the capital of Daegaya, will continue to cooperate with the local community to achieve sustainable development."
