'청송어람(靑松於籃)'은 순자의 말인 "청출어람 청어람(靑出於藍 靑於藍)"에서 착안하여, 신선한 아이디어가 넘치는 신규 공무원을 행정 업무와 정책 개발 역량을 갖춘 인재로 양성하는 프로그램이다.
제4기 청송어람에 참가한 신규 공무원들은 발대식을 시작으로 매월 1회 정책 개발 워크숍과 직무 능력 향상 교육을 받으며, 지역 발전을 위한 정책 연구를 수행한다.
특히, 청송어람 프로그램은 참여 공무원들이 부처별 주요 공모사업과 지방소멸대응기금사업 등을 중심으로 팀별 정책 연구를 진행하고, 창의적인 정책 아이디어를 발굴할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이들의 연구 결과물은 9월에 열리는 정책개발 성과보고회에서 발표될 예정이다.
또한, 참가자들은 개인별 담당 업무 수행 과정에서 발견한 문제를 분석하고, 해결 방안을 제안하는 ‘마이잡(My Job) 아이디어’나 군정 발전을 위한 신규 시책을 발굴한다. 이를 통해 창의적이고 생산적인 업무 환경을 조성하며, 지속 가능한 지역 발전을 도모할 계획이다.
