【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구신용보증재단(이사장 박진우, 이하 대구신보)은 소기업·소상공인의 경영 역량 강화를 위해 경영개선 교육과 1:1 전문가 밀착 컨설팅을 담당할 외부 전문가를 공개 모집한다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 모집은 대구신보가 주관하며, 전문가들이 소기업·소상공인에게 제공할 교육 및 컨설팅을 통해 경영 애로를 해결하고, 경영 능력을 향상시키기 위한 것이다.
모집 분야는 총 9개로, △법률, △세무·회계, △온라인 마케팅, △오프라인 마케팅, △인사·노무, △금융·재무, △정부사업·빅데이터 활용, △마인드함양, △창업지도 등이다.
총 32명의 전문가(강사 15명, 컨설턴트 17명)가 선발되며, 각 분야에서 차별화된 경영 지도와 컨설팅 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
지원 자격은 강사의 경우 해당 분야의 전문 자격증을 보유하거나 3년 이상의 강의 경력이 있는 자이며, 컨설턴트는 컨설팅 실무 경력이 1년 이상이고 최근 3년간 소상공인 대상 컨설팅 실적이 20회 이상인 자로 제한된다. 지원자는 강사와 컨설턴트 역할을 중복 지원할 수 없으며, 각 역할에 맞춰 신청해야 한다.
