우선, 학자금 대출 장기 연체로 어려움을 겪는 청년들에게 신용회복 기회를 제공하는 ▲청년 학자금대출 장기연체자 지원사업과, 무주택 임차인 보호를 위한 ▲전세보증금반환보증 보증료 지원사업이 수시로 모집된다.

미취업 청년들에게 인턴 근무 기회를 제공하고, 중소기업에 고용지원금을 지원해 기업의 부담을 줄여주는 ▲중소기업 정규직 프로젝트와, 관내 중소기업에 근무하는 청년 근로자에게 분기별 80만 원의 근속장려금을 지원하는 ▲청년근로자 근속장려금 지원사업은 청년들의 장기 재직을 유도하고 중소기업의 인력난을 완화하는 데 기여할 예정이다.
