지난 19일 대구행복진흥원은 지역 청년의 일·생활 균형(워라밸) 우수기업 정착을 돕기 위해 올해 처음 추진되는 ‘청년 정착 워라밸 기업문화 조성 사업’을 안내했다.

사업을 통해 ▶청년 친화 조직문화 개선 기업 지원(기업당 100~400만원) ▶청년 친화 문화 공간 구축 지원사업(기업당 200~500만원) ▶청년 문화 체험 근로자 초청 사업(야구장 관람 등) ▶청년 워라밸 기업 고용 매칭 페스타(9월 19일 예정) ▶워라밸 우수기업 청년 탐방단 운영 등이 실시 될 예정이다.

대구행복진흥원 배기철 이사장은 “일·생활 균형이 보장되는 근무환경을 조성하고, 청년이 일하기 좋은 ‘워라밸 도시, 대구’를 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다”며 “이를 통해 대구시민 모두가 행복한 삶을 누릴 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 전했다.
