【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군은 지역 농가의 경쟁력 강화와 소득 증대를 목표로 농특산물의 소포장재와 택배비를 지원하는 사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

소포장재 지원은 우수 농특산물과 가공식품의 포장을 규격화하여 인지도를 향상시키고 농가의 부담을 줄이는 것이 목적이다. 올해는 지난해보다 1억 5,200만 원 늘어난 7억 7,200만 원의 예산을 확보하고, 보조 비율도 작년의 40%에서 50%로 확대했다. 

지원 품목은 복숭아, 사과, 배, 시금치, 고구마 등 주요 농특산물의 일반 소포장재로, 지원 대상은 작목반, 법인단체, GAP 및 친환경 인증을 받은 농가들이다. 이번 사업에는 총 67곳의 농가가 선정되었으며, 지원되는 소포장재는 122만 매에 달한다.

올해부터는 영덕만의 차별화된 상징물을 적용한 새로운 디자인을 적용하여 지역의 고유한 특색을 살리고, 멀리서도 쉽게 식별할 수 있도록 시인성을 강화했다. 디자인 변경에 따른 동판비는 군에서 지원된다.

택배비 지원은 농가의 유통비용 부담을 줄이고 직거래를 활성화하기 위한 노력으로, 총 4억 원의 예산을 들여 관내 농가와 법인에 건당 2,500원의 택배비를 지원한다. 

지원 대상은 관내에서 생산된 농특산물을 택배로 유통하는 농가로, 지원 한도는 최소 40건에서 최대 800건까지이며, 농업인 최대 400건, 법인 및 GAP 인증 농가 최대 800건까지 지원된다. 

택배비 신청 및 청구 절차는 간소화되어 매 분기 신청과 청구를 한 번에 진행할 수 있도록 했다. 농업경영체 등록확인증과 택배 발송 확인서 등을 준비해 해당 읍·면 행정복지센터로 신청하면 된다.

김광열 영덕군수는 “온라인과 택배 판매가 농가의 중요한 판로로 자리잡은 만큼, 마케팅이나 유통 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 경제적 부담을 줄이는 실효성 있는 지원사업을 통해 지역 농특산물의 경쟁력과 지역 브랜드 가치를 함께 강화해 나가겠다”고 전했다.

The delivery fee support is an effort to reduce the distribution cost burden on farmers and promote direct transactions, and a total budget of 400 million won will be spent to support 2,500 won per delivery fee for farmers and corporations in the region.

The support target is farmers who distribute agricultural special products produced in the region by delivery, and the support limit is from a minimum of 40 to a maximum of 800 cases, with up to 400 cases for farmers and up to 800 cases for corporations and GAP certified farms.

The delivery fee application and billing process has been simplified so that applications and billing can be processed at once every quarter. Yeongdeok County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol said, “As online and delivery sales have become important sales channels for farmers, we will strengthen the competitiveness of local agricultural specialties and the value of local brands through effective support projects that reduce the economic burden that may arise during marketing or distribution.”
