【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시의회는 제316회 임시회를 열고 12일간의 의정활동에 돌입한다.

대구시의회는 오는 21일부터 2일까지 2025년도 제1회 추가경정예산안 및 조례안 등 총 21건의 안건을 심의한다.

이번 임시회에서는 추경예산안, 기금운영계획변경안, 제·개정 조례안 17건, 의견제시 2건 등이 다뤄지며, 시정질문과 5분 자유발언, 현장 방문 등 다양한 의정활동이 예정돼 있다.

특히 ▶어린이놀이시설 안전관리 ▶재난 예보·경보시스템 구축 ▶의로운 시민 예우 ▶국악·미술 진흥 ▶환경·건축·여성농업인 지원 등 다양한 분야의 조례안이 심의된다.

21일 오전 10시 제1차 본회의에서는 개회식에 이어 회기 운영을 위한 제반 안건을 의결하고, 22일 오전 10시 제2차 본회의를 진행한다.

제2차 본회의에서는 ▶‘제조업의 심장’ 성서산업단지 활성화를 위한 질문(김정옥 의원, 비례대표) ▶시장 권한대행 체제에서의 주요 공약사업 추진방향 질문(김대현 의원, 서구1) 등 시정질문이 진행된다.

이와 함께 박종필 의원, 김태우 의원, 김재우 의원, 류종우 의원, 정일균 의원, 권기훈 의원 등이 6건의 5분자유발언에 나설 예정이다.

각 상임위원회는 23일부터 5월 1일까지 안건을 심사하고, 시정 현장 곳곳을 방문해 시민과 현장의 목소리를 들으며 시정 추진 현황을 꼼꼼히 살핀다.

30일에는 예산결산특별위원회를 통한 ‘2025년도 대구광역시 제1회 추가경정예산안 및 기금운용계획 변경안’ 심사를 진행한다.

이번 제1회 추가경정예산안은 당초예산 10조 9,246억 원보다 3.9%(4,263억 원) 증액된 11조 3,509억 원이 편성·제출됐다. 예결위는 주요 증액된 ▶교통 및 물류 분야(1,381억 원) ▶사회복지, 일반공공행정, 환경 등 기타 분야(2,882억 원) 등을 중심으로 필요한 곳에 적절히 예산이 편성됐는지 철저히 검증할 계획이다.

5월 2일 오전 10시 제3차 본회의를 열어 각 상임위원회별로 심사를 통과한 안건을 처리하고 제316회 임시회를 마무리한다.
