【브레이크뉴스 고령】이성현 기자=고령군(군수 이남철)은 대가야읍 헌문리 일원에 추진 중인 ‘대가야읍 복합커뮤니티 조성사업’의 건축설계 공모에서 ㈜다울건축사사무소의 작품을 최종 당선작으로 선정했다고 6일 밝혔다.

이번 설계공모에는 총 33개 업체가 참가 의사를 밝혔으며, 이 중 11개 업체가 창의적이고 실현 가능한 설계안을 제출했다. 군은 지난 10월 30일 심사위원회를 구성해 엄정하고 공정한 심사를 진행했다.

당선작으로 선정된 ㈜다울건축사사무소에는 기본 및 실시설계 용역권이 부여되며, 2~5등 입상작에는 순위별로 1천만 원에서 4천만 원의 보상금이 지급된다.

심사 결과, 당선작은 ▲총 100대 규모의 넉넉한 주차공간 확보 ▲지상 주차영역의 실용적 배치 ▲아이들을 위한 친근한 놀이공간 ▲‘안마당·행랑마당·사랑마당·사색의 숲’ 등 테마가 있는 외부공간 구성 등이 높은 평가를 받았다. 또한 건축물 중정의 공간 표현과 동선 분리, 조경계획의 완성도 면에서도 심사위원들로부터 우수한 평가를 얻었다.

‘대가야읍 복합커뮤니티’는 지하 1층~지상 4층, 연면적 7,006㎡ 규모로 건립될 예정이며, 오는 2028년 12월 준공을 목표로 하고 있다.

군은 이번 사업을 통해 대가야읍사무소 이전과 함께 보육·교육·청년복합시설을 집적화하여 지역 주민들의 행정서비스 접근성과 생활편의, 복합문화 기능을 대폭 향상시킬 계획이다.

Goryeong County Confirms Results of Architectural Design Competition for 'Daegaya-eup Complex Community Development Project'
