이번 행사는 지역 섬유·패션 업계의 디지털 전환을 지원하기 위한 실무 중심 교육으로 마련됐다. 참가자들은 AI를 활용한 사업계획서 작성법과 마케팅 자동화 기법을 배우게 되며, 참가비는 무료다.
프로그램은 두 개의 세션으로 나뉜다. 첫 번째 세션인 ‘AI 사업기획서’에서는 기업의 정량 지표를 플랫폼과 도구에 입력해, PSST(문제·해결·규모·팀) 프레임을 활용한 사업계획서 초안을 자동으로 생성한다. 또한 실제 기업 사례를 바탕으로 한 템플릿 실습도 이어진다.
이어지는 ‘AI 마케팅 자동화’ 세션에서는 ChatGPT, Gemini 등 최근에 주목받는 대규모 언어모델을 활용해 블로그 콘텐츠와 숏폼 영상 스크립트 제작 방법, 채널별 최적화 방안 실습 등이 진행된다.
참가 대상은 섬유·패션 업계 실무자, 마케팅 담당자, 창업자, 일반인 등이다. 실습 참여를 위해서는 노트북과 기본 기업 지표 자료가 필요하다. 신청은 24일까지 주최 측 접수 창구에서 가능하다.
주최 측 관계자는 “AI를 비즈니스 현장에 바로 적용할 수 있도록 교육 콘텐츠를 준비했다”며 “지역 기업들이 행정·기획 부담을 줄이고 실질적인 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
