이번 대회는 경상북도와 한국지방세연구원이 공동 주최했으며, 도내 22개 시·군이 참가해 지방세 세무조사 우수사례를 발표하고 조사기법과 대응 전략, 실무 노하우를 공유하는 자리로 마련됐다.

청송군청 재무과 조정욱 주무관은 ‘준공 전 사용 건물에 대한 취득세 추징’을 주제로 발표했다. 사용승인을 받기 전에 신축 건물을 불법으로 사용하는 사례에 착안해 미신고 취득세와 가산세를 추징하는 조사기법을 제시했으며, 이를 통해 숨은 세원 발굴과 자주재원 확충에 기여할 수 있다는 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.

청송군은 “직원들이 각자의 자리에서 맡은 업무에 대해 지속적으로 연구하고 노력한 결과”라며 “앞으로도 실효성 있는 세무조사 기법을 발굴해 안정적인 자주재원 확보와 세원 발굴에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Cheongsong County (Governor Yoon Kyung-hee) announced that it won an Excellence Award at the "2026 Tax Investigation Best Practice Presentation Contest" held in Gyeongju City on the 11th.

This technique was highly praised for its potential to uncover hidden tax sources and contribute to the expansion of self-reliant financial resources.
