이번 서비스는 농업 생산 전 과정의 과학적 관리 체계를 구축해 고품질 농산물 생산과 소비자 신뢰 확보를 동시에 꾀하기 위한 것이다.

토양검정 서비스는 산도(pH), 전기전도도(EC), 유기물, 유효인산, 치환성 양이온(K·Ca·Mg), 석회소요량, 유효규산(벼 재배지 해당) 등 총 9개 항목을 분석해 비료 사용 처방과 농가별 맞춤형 재배 지도를 제공한다.

또한 ‘가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률’에 따라 의무화된 퇴비 부숙도 측정 서비스도 함께 운영하고 있다. 미숙 퇴비를 살포할 경우 악취 발생과 작물 피해로 이어질 수 있는 만큼, 농가는 살포 전 반드시 부숙도 검사를 받아야 한다.

농업기술센터는 퇴비 상태를 미숙, 부숙중기, 부숙완료 등 3단계로 정밀 측정해 적정 살포 시기를 안내하고 있다.

농산물 출하 전 안전성 확보를 위한 잔류농약 정밀 분석도 지원한다. 센터는 첨단 분석 장비를 활용해 463종의 농약 성분을 분석하고 출하 전 안전성을 최종 검증하고 있다.

이를 통해 농약허용기준강화제도(PLS) 위반에 따른 농산물 폐기나 과태료 부과 등 농가의 경제적 손실을 예방하고, 안전한 먹거리 공급 체계 구축에도 기여하고 있다.

청송군 관계자는 “중동 전쟁 등 국제 정세 불안으로 비료 가격이 상승하고 환경·안전 기준도 강화되면서 농가 부담이 커지고 있다”며 “과학적 토양 분석과 철저한 잔류농약 검사는 고품질 농산물 생산의 가장 확실한 방법인 만큼 원스톱 분석 서비스를 적극 활용해 달라”고 당부했다.
