한국부동산원은 지난 18일 호남지역본부에서 임직원의 청렴의식 내재화와 새로운 청렴가치 전파를 위한 ‘청렴대장정’ 첫 일정을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

청렴대장정은 이헌욱 원장이 직접 전국 현장을 찾아 직원들과 청렴 실천 방안을 공유하고 소통하는 자체 프로그램이다. 이번 호남지역본부 방문을 시작으로 전국 주요 지역본부와 지사를 순회하며 ‘새로운 청렴’의 가치를 조직 전반에 확산할 계획이다.

이날 행사에서 이헌욱 원장은 현장 최일선에서 근무하는 직원들의 노고를 격려하고, 올해 반부패 핵심 과제로 추진 중인 국토 균형발전과 부동산 소비자 보호 대책 강화의 중요성을 강조했다. 아울러 현장에서 실천하는 청렴문화 정착이 조직 신뢰도 제고의 핵심이라고 당부했다.

이헌욱 한국부동산원장은 “지사 실무자들은 국민과 가장 가까운 접점에서 한국부동산원의 청렴 수준을 보여주는 얼굴”이라며 “직원들이 소신 있게 일할 수 있는 환경을 조성해 국민 주거안정과 부동산 소비자 보호라는 목표를 달성하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
