포항상공회의소는 20일 오후 2시 상의 2층 회의실에서 회원업체 인사·노무 담당자 50여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘인사·노무 실무 아카데미’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 변화하는 노동정책과 법·제도 환경 속에서 기업들이 보다 유연하게 대응할 수 있도록 지원하고, 실무자들의 전문성을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 강의는 노무법인 조율의 김소리 대표노무사가 맡아 ‘트렌드 인사노무 2026’을 주제로 실무 중심의 맞춤형 강연을 진행했다.

교육에서는 △중대재해 예방 및 대응 △일·가정 양립 지원제도 △근로시간 및 임금 관리 동향 △노동청 조사 대응 방안 △근로자 고충 관리 등 기업 현장에서 자주 발생하는 주요 노무 이슈와 해결 방안이 중점적으로 다뤄졌다.

특히 실제 사례를 중심으로 한 분석과 구체적인 실무 가이드라인이 함께 제시돼 참석자들이 현장에서 즉시 활용할 수 있도록 구성돼 높은 호응을 얻었다.

포항상공회의소 관계자는 “노동환경 변화 속에서 기업들이 안정적으로 대응할 수 있도록 실질적인 교육 프로그램을 지속 확대할 계획”이라며 “지역 기업의 인사·노무 경쟁력 강화를 위해 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

The Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced that it held the "HR & Labor Practical Academy" on the afternoon of the 20th at 2:00 PM in the conference room on the second floor of the Chamber, with approximately 50 HR and labor managers from member companies in attendance.

This training was organized to support companies in responding more flexibly to changing labor policies and legal and institutional environments, and to enhance the expertise of practitioners.

The lecture was delivered by Kim So-ri, Representative Labor Attorney at Joyul Law Firm, who delivered a customized, practice-oriented presentation on the topic of "Trends in HR & Labor 2026." The training focused on major labor issues and solutions frequently encountered in the workplace, including prevention and response to serious accidents, work-family balance support systems, trends in working hours and wage management, strategies for responding to labor office investigations, and employee grievance management.

In particular, the program received a positive response as it was structured to allow participants to immediately apply the concepts in the field, presenting both analyses based on actual cases and specific practical guidelines.

An official from the Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry stated, "We plan to continuously expand practical training programs to help companies respond stably to changes in the labor environment," adding, "We will actively support the strengthening of human resources and labor competitiveness for local businesses."
