조합공동사업법인 종합경영평가는 사업 실적을 비롯해 재무 건전성과 손익 등 경영 전반을 종합적으로 분석해 1등급부터 5등급까지 평가하는 제도로, 매년 전년도 말 기준 실적을 바탕으로 순위를 결정한다.
의성군농협조합공동사업법인은 지난해 440억 원이었던 매출액을 올해 528억 원까지 끌어올리며 약 20%의 성장세를 기록한 점이 높은 평가를 받은 주요 요인으로 분석됐다.
최유철 의성군수는 "이번 성과는 출하조직과 생산자조직이 함께 힘을 모아 이뤄낸 값진 결과"라며 "앞으로도 공동사업 경쟁력을 지속적으로 높여 농업인의 소득 향상과 안정적인 판로 확대, 제값 받는 농산물 유통체계 구축에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
