청송군은 13일 군청 제1회의실에서 박형수 국회의원과 함께 '2027년도 국비예산정책협의회'를 열고 주요 사업의 정부 예산 반영 방안을 논의했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협의회는 지방자치단체와 국회 간 협력체계를 강화하고, 지역 주요 현안사업의 추진 방향과 국비 확보 대응 전략을 마련하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 청송군은 지역 주요 현안으로 ▲국립교정타운 조성사업 청송 유치 ▲농어촌 기본소득 국비 지원 비율 상향 등 2개 사업의 추진 상황을 공유하고, 사업 추진을 위한 국회 차원의 지원을 요청했다.

또한 2027년도 국비 건의사업 18건에 대한 사업 필요성과 추진 현황도 설명했다. 주요 건의사업 가운데는 월매무쇠 재해위험개선지구 정비사업 등이 포함됐으며, 군과 국회는 정부 예산안에 관련 사업이 반영될 수 있도록 협력하기로 했다.

윤경희 청송군수는 "지역 소멸 위기를 극복하고 지속적인 발전 기반을 마련하기 위해서는 국비 확보가 중요하다"며 "지역 미래 성장과 직결된 사업들이 정부 예산에 반영될 수 있도록 국회와 긴밀히 협력하겠다"고 말했다.
