청송군은 월막리 204-1번지 일원에 마련한 ‘청송군 청년빌리지 공공임대주택’ 입주 신청을 오는 8월 10일부터 14일까지 접수한다고 밝혔다.
이번에 공급되는 주택은 전용면적 25㎡ 규모의 원룸형 41호로, A동 15호, B동 12호, C동 14호로 구성됐다. 청년과 지역 근로자의 주거 부담을 낮추고 안정적인 생활 기반을 제공하기 위해 마련된 시설이다.
임대 조건은 보증금 200만 원, 월 임대료 3만 원으로 책정됐다. 입주 대상은 모집 공고일 기준 미혼이면서 무주택자인 만 49세 미만 청년 및 근로자다.
