단속 대상은 최대적재량 1.5톤을 초과하는 영업용 화물자동차와 영업용 여객자동차다. 자정부터 오전 4시 사이 지정된 차고지가 아닌 장소에 1시간 이상 차량을 세워둘 경우 관련 법령에 따라 행정조치가 이뤄질 수 있다.
