군은 3일 청도군청 제1회의실에서 박권현 군수 주재로 을지연습 준비상황보고회를 열었다. 이 자리에는 실과소장과 읍·면장 등 간부 공무원 40여 명이 참석해 각 부서별 준비상황과 주요 임무를 공유했다. 참석자들은 전시전환 절차와 기능별 역할, 실질적인 훈련계획 등에 대해 논의하고 기관 간 협조 사항을 점검했다.

올해 을지연습은 18일부터 21일까지 나흘간 진행된다. 훈련 기간 동안에는 전시전환 절차 연습, 전시 종합상황실 운영, 도상연습, 주요 현안 과제 토의, 실제상황을 가정한 훈련이 이뤄질 예정이다.

특히 실제훈련에서는 군·경찰·소방이 합동으로 다중이용시설에서 벌어진 드론 테러 상황을 가정한 대응 훈련을 실시한다. 이를 통해 재난과 안보 위기가 동시에 발생했을 때 기관별 임무 분담과 협조체계를 꼼꼼히 점검할 방침이다.

박권현 청도군수는 “국가안보 환경이 빠르게 변화하는 시기인 만큼, 을지연습은 군민의 생명과 재산을 지키기 위한 중요한 비상대비 훈련”이라며 “모든 공직자가 실제 상황이라는 각오로 임해 어떤 위기에도 신속히 대응할 수 있는 역량을 키워주길 바란다”고 당부했다.
