【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=(재)포항테크노파크가 생성형 인공지능(AI)과 코딩 도구를 활용해 지역 예비창업자의 아이디어를 실제 서비스로 구현하는 창업교육에 나섰다.
포항테크노파크(원장 송경창)는 지난 8월 28일부터 오는 9월 18일까지 포항TP에서 예비창업자 25명을 대상으로 ‘바이브코딩 창업교육’을 진행한다고 밝혔다. 교육은 총 80시간 규모로 운영된다.
이번 과정은 개발 전문지식이 많지 않은 예비창업자도 생성형 AI와 AI 기반 코딩 도구를 활용해 창업 아이디어를 구체화하고, 최소기능제품(MVP)을 직접 제작해 사업 가능성을 검토할 수 있도록 구성됐다.
교육에서는 AI 코딩 도구의 기본적인 활용법부터 프롬프트 엔지니어링, 소프트웨어 아키텍처, 창업 아이템 발굴, MVP 기획 및 개발, 서비스 고도화 등 제품 제작에 필요한 단계별 실습이 진행된다. 이후 UI·UX 설계와 구현, 비즈니스 모델 및 사업화 전략 수립, 투자유치를 위한 IR 피치덱 작성까지 다룬다.
교육생들은 Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Bolt.new 등 AI 코딩 도구를 활용해 직접 서비스를 개발한다. AI API와 에이전트를 연계해 핵심 기능을 구현하고, 사용자 피드백을 바탕으로 기능을 보완하는 방식으로 MVP의 완성도를 높일 예정이다.
창업 아이디어를 사업으로 연결하기 위한 교육도 병행된다. 문제와 고객을 정의한 뒤 시장 및 경쟁 환경을 분석하고, 비즈니스 모델 캔버스와 수익모델을 설계하는 과정을 통해 사업화 방향을 구체화한다. 창업지원사업과 투자유치 전략, IR 피칭 등 실질적인 창업 준비 과정도 교육에 포함됐다.
오는 9월 14일부터 17일까지는 팀별 MVP 고도화를 위한 멘토링이 진행된다. 교육 마지막 날인 18일에는 데모데이를 열어 교육생들이 직접 개발한 MVP를 공개하고 사업 아이디어를 발표한다. 전문가 피드백과 참가자 간 네트워킹을 통해 서비스와 사업모델을 보완하고, 수료 이후에는 우수팀을 대상으로 별도의 사업화 지원도 연계할 예정이다.
송경창 포항테크노파크 원장은 “생성형 AI와 바이브코딩 기술의 발전으로 개발 경험이 많지 않은 예비창업자도 자신의 아이디어를 빠르게 서비스 형태로 구현할 수 있게 됐다”며 “교육 참가자들이 AI를 활용한 제품 개발 경험을 바탕으로 창업 아이디어를 실제 사업으로 발전시키는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

Pohang Technopark has launched an entrepreneurship education program designed to turn the ideas of local aspiring entrepreneurs into actual services by utilizing generative artificial intelligence (AI) and coding tools.
Pohang Technopark (President Song Kyung-chang) announced that it is conducting the "VIBE Coding Entrepreneurship Education" for 25 aspiring entrepreneurs at Pohang TP from August 28 to September 18. The program will run for a total of 80 hours.
This course is structured to allow even aspiring entrepreneurs with limited development expertise to concretize their startup ideas using generative AI and AI-based coding tools, and to assess business feasibility by directly creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
The training covers step-by-step practical exercises necessary for product creation, ranging from the basic usage of AI coding tools to prompt engineering, software architecture, startup item discovery, MVP planning and development, and service enhancement. Subsequently, it covers UI/UX design and implementation, the establishment of business models and commercialization strategies, and the creation of IR pitch decks for attracting investment. Trainees will develop services themselves using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Bolt.new. They plan to enhance the completeness of their MVPs by implementing core functions through the integration of AI APIs and agents, and by refining features based on user feedback.
Training aimed at turning startup ideas into actual businesses will also be conducted in parallel. Participants will define problems and customers, analyze the market and competitive environment, and concretize their commercialization direction through the process of designing a Business Model Canvas and revenue models. Practical startup preparation processes, such as startup support programs, investment attraction strategies, and IR pitching, are also included in the curriculum.
Mentoring sessions to refine team-based MVPs will take place from September 14 to 17. On the 18th, the final day of the training, a Demo Day will be held where trainees will unveil the MVPs they developed and present their business ideas. Services and business models will be refined through expert feedback and networking among participants, and separate commercialization support will be provided to outstanding teams after completion of the program.
