【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 수성구 들안길에서 대표 맛집 메뉴를 꼬치로 선보이는 이색 축제가 열린다.

수성문화재단과 들안길 상가가 공동 주최하고 수성구가 후원하는 ‘2026 들안길 K-푸드 축제’가 오는 10월 19일 들안길 삼거리에서 상동지구대 네거리까지 이어지는 거리에서 펼쳐질 예정이다.

올해 축제의 핵심 키워드는 ‘꼬치’다. 들안길을 대표하는 음식점들이 자랑하는 메뉴를 꼬치 스타일로 재해석해 선보인다. 방문객들은 포장마차 분위기가 물씬 풍기는 거리에서 다양한 음식점의 맛을 간편하게 즐길 수 있다.

풍성한 먹거리 외에도 시민들이 직접 참여할 수 있는 프로그램이 마련됐다. ‘꼬치 컵스’, ‘K-젓가락 마스터’, ‘K-떡썰기 대회’, ‘순발력 스틱잡기’ 등 음식과 놀이가 결합된 경연이 줄줄이 이어진다.

거리에선 풍선쇼, 비눗방울 공연, K-팝 랜덤댄스, ‘들밤 라이브’ 등 다채로운 버스킹 공연이 펼쳐진다. 어린이들을 위한 공기놀이기구 놀이터, 꼬치·화과자 만들기 체험도 준비돼 가족 방문객들도 함께 즐길 수 있다.

저녁에는 ‘K-풍류난장’ 공연이 무대를 채우고, 방문객들이 직접 참여하는 맛집 투표와 ‘K-푸드 능력고사’ 등 특별 프로그램도 운영된다.

축제와 함께 ‘2026 들안길 사생대회’도 열린다. 이번 대회는 초등학생 전 학년을 대상으로 하며, 선착순 50명을 모집한다. 참가 신청은 10월 11일까지 홍보 포스터의 QR코드로 접수할 수 있다. 우승자에겐 수성구청장상, 최우수상 및 우수상엔 수성구의회의장상이 주어진다.

김대권 수성문화재단 이사장은 “들안길 상인들이 직접 모은 아이디어로 다양한 맛을 하나로 묶은 ‘꼬치’로, 포장마차 분위기 속에서 더 많은 시민들이 부담 없이 음식을 나누고 소통하는 자리가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

A unique festival showcasing signature dishes from famous restaurants in Daegu’s Suseong-gu Deuran-gil area—served in skewer format—is set to take place.

Co-hosted by the Suseong Cultural Foundation and the Deuran-gil Merchants Association, and sponsored by Suseong-gu, the "2026 Deuran-gil K-Food Festival" will be held on October 19 along the street stretching from Deuran-gil Intersection to the Sang-dong Police Substation Intersection.

The central theme of this year's festival is "skewers." Renowned local restaurants will present their signature dishes reimagined as skewers. Visitors can conveniently enjoy flavors from various eateries while soaking up the atmosphere of a street lined with food stalls.

In addition to the abundant food options, there are programs designed for direct citizen participation. A series of contests combining food and fun will be held, including "Skewer Cups," "K-Chopstick Master," a "K-Rice Cake Slicing Contest," and a "Reflex Stick-Catching Challenge."

The streets will come alive with diverse busking performances, such as balloon shows, bubble performances, K-pop random play dance sessions, and "Deulbam Live" concerts. Activities for families include an inflatable playground for children and hands-on experiences like making skewers and *hwagwaja* (traditional Korean confections).

In the evening, the "K-Pungryu Nanjang" performance will grace the stage, alongside special programs such as a visitor vote for the best restaurant and a "K-Food Proficiency Test."

The "2026 Deuran-gil Art Contest" will also be held in conjunction with the festival. Open to elementary school students of all grades, the contest will accept the first 50 applicants. Registration is available until October 11 via the QR code on the promotional poster. Winners will receive the Suseong-gu Mayor’s Award, while the Top Excellence and Excellence Award recipients will be presented with the Suseong-gu Council Chairman’s Award. Kim Dae-kwon, Chairman of the Suseong Cultural Foundation, said, “I hope this event—featuring ‘skewers’ that combine diverse flavors based on ideas gathered directly by Deuran-gil merchants—becomes a space where more citizens can comfortably share food and connect amidst the atmosphere of a street food stall.”
