달성군은 지난 8일 다사읍 대실역에서 열린 ‘2026년 달성군 제2차 취업박람회’에 구직자 등 800여 명이 방문하며 행사를 성황리에 마쳤다고 밝혔다.

이번 박람회에는 지역 기업 39개사가 참여했다. 생산·기술·사무·서비스 등 다양한 직종에서 모두 260명 규모의 채용 기회가 마련됐으며, 현장에서는 약 300명의 구직자가 기업 인사 담당자와 직접 상담하거나 면접을 진행했다.

취업 준비를 돕는 프로그램에도 많은 구직자가 참여했다. 직무 설명회를 비롯해 인공지능(AI) 자기소개서 상담, 면접 컨설팅, 퍼스널컬러 진단, 무료 증명사진 촬영 등 실질적인 취업 지원 프로그램이 운영됐으며, 약 500명이 관련 서비스를 이용했다.

특히 이번 행사는 대실역에서 개최해 구직자들이 별도의 이동 부담 없이 생활권 안에서 채용 정보를 접할 수 있도록 접근성을 높였다. 지난해 같은 권역에서 열린 행사와 비교하면 방문객이 2배 가까이 증가해 주민들의 현장 중심 일자리 지원에 대한 관심을 확인했다.

달성군은 이번 박람회를 계기로 지역 기업의 인력 수요를 지속적으로 파악하고 구직자에게 기업별 채용 정보와 맞춤형 취업 지원을 제공할 계획이다. 기업과 구직자 간 실질적인 고용 연결이 이뤄질 수 있도록 현장 중심의 일자리 지원도 강화한다.

최재훈 달성군수는 “이번 취업박람회를 통해 지역 기업의 인력 수요와 구직자들의 취업에 대한 높은 관심을 현장에서 확인했다”며 “앞으로도 기업일자리과를 중심으로 기업에는 필요한 인재를, 구직자에게는 좋은 일자리를 연결하는 현장 중심의 지원을 더욱 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

Building on the success of this fair, Dalseong-gun plans to continuously monitor the workforce needs of local companies and provide job seekers with company-specific recruitment information and tailored employment support. The county also intends to strengthen on-site job support to facilitate tangible employment connections between companies and job seekers.
