【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=선선한 가을바람과 함께 캠핑, 피크닉, 인디음악을 즐길 수 있는 ‘2026 인디뮤직데이’가 19일 대구 남구 앞산빨래터공원에서 열린다.

대구음악창작소와 남구청소년창작센터가 공동 주최하는 이번 행사는 ‘캠크닉’(캠핑+피크닉) 콘셉트로 마련됐다. 시민들은 인디뮤지션의 공연은 물론, 다양한 체험 프로그램까지 무료로 즐길 수 있다.

공연 무대에는 헤드라이너 스탠딩에그를 비롯해 대구음악창작소 소속 팀 4팀과 경북, 울산, 경남, 제주 등 전국 각지 음악창작소 대표팀이 함께한다. 모두 10팀이 무대에 올라 각양각색의 인디음악을 선보일 예정이다.

체험 부스는 디제잉, 슬라임 만들기, PVC 행운 키링 만들기 등 총 11개가 마련된다. 남녀노소 누구나 현장에서 직접 참여할 수 있다.

특히 지역 음악창작소 대표팀이 한자리에 모이면서, 지역 뮤지션들의 만남과 협업의 장이 될 것으로 주최 측은 기대했다.

행사 사전예약자를 대상으로는 캠핑의자와 접이식 방석이 제공된다. 캠핑의자는 선착순 100명에게만 지급된다.

조재구 남구청장은 “인디뮤직데이가 선선한 가을바람 속에서 가족, 이웃, 친구들이 함께 어울리며 특별한 추억을 쌓는 시간이 되길 바란다”며 “도심 속 앞산빨래터공원에서 색다른 공연과 체험을 가까이에서 즐길 수 있는 기회”라고 전했다.

The "2026 Indie Music Day," an event where visitors can enjoy camping, picnics, and indie music amidst the cool autumn breeze, will be held on the 19th at Apsan Pallaeteo Park in Nam-gu, Daegu.

Co-hosted by the Daegu Music Creation Center and the Nam-gu Youth Creation Center, the event features a "Camp-nic" (camping plus picnic) concept. Citizens can enjoy performances by indie musicians as well as various hands-on activities, all free of charge.

The lineup includes headliner Standing Egg, four teams affiliated with the Daegu Music Creation Center, and representative teams from music creation centers across the country—including those from Gyeongbuk, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju. A total of ten teams will take the stage to showcase a diverse range of indie music.

Eleven activity booths will be set up, offering experiences such as DJing, slime making, and crafting PVC "lucky keyrings." People of all ages can participate on-site.

Organizers anticipate that the gathering of representative teams from regional music creation centers will serve as a valuable opportunity for local musicians to meet and collaborate.

Camping chairs and foldable seat cushions will be provided to those who pre-register for the event; however, camping chairs are limited to the first 100 people.

Nam-gu Mayor Cho Jae-gu said, "I hope Indie Music Day becomes a time for families, neighbors, and friends to mingle and create special memories amidst the cool autumn breeze." He added, "It is a unique opportunity to enjoy distinctive performances and activities up close at Apsan Pallaeteo Park, right in the heart of the city."
