경상북도개발공사는 15일 경북테크노파크, 경상북도문화관광공사와 함께 ‘2026 청렴·인권 경북이음 조직문화 개선 캠페인’을 추진했다고 밝혔다.

이번 활동은 세 기관의 기관장이 직접 캠페인에 참여해 청렴과 상호 존중의 가치를 조직 구성원에게 알리고, 기관 차원의 실천 의지를 공유하기 위해 마련됐다.

세 기관은 지난 7월 진행한 ‘2026년 청렴·인권 워크숍’을 통해 각 기관의 청렴리더와 인권지킴이, 실무진 등의 의견을 모아 기관별 실천 슬로건을 정했다.

기관별 슬로건에는 조직 내 책임과 배려, 구성원의 권리 존중 등 일상적인 업무환경에서 실천할 수 있는 내용이 담겼다.

경상북도개발공사는 ‘업무전가는 Stop, 책임공유는 Start’를 슬로건으로 정하고 업무 과정에서 책임을 서로 미루기보다 함께 나누자는 의미를 담았다.

경북테크노파크는 ‘휴가는 당당하게, 업무는 빈틈없이’를 내걸어 구성원의 휴식권을 존중하면서 업무 공백을 최소화하자는 메시지를 제시했다.

경상북도문화관광공사는 ‘말에도 품격을, 서로에게 존중을’을 통해 일상적인 소통 과정에서 상대방을 배려하고 존중하는 문화를 강조했다.

이날 세 기관장은 각 기관의 슬로건이 적힌 피켓을 들고 캠페인에 참여했다. 참여기관들은 캠페인 현장을 담은 공동 홍보포스터를 제작해 내부 구성원과 외부에 공유하고, 기관장이 먼저 실천하는 조직문화 개선 활동을 이어갈 예정이다.
