구미시의회(의장 김재상)는 21일 제255회 임시회 제3차 본회의를 개의했다고 밝혔다.
이날 의회는 2022년도 주요업무 청취 및 산업건설위원장 보궐선거의 건, 대구 취수원 구미 이전 반대 특별위원회 활동계획서 승인의 건 등 3건의 안건을 처리했다.
안건처리에 앞서 도시건설국 소관 업무 등 7개국의 2022년도 주요업무를 청취하였으며 대구취수원 구미 이전 반대 특별위원회(위원장 윤종호)는 활동계획서를 승인받고 본격적인 활동에 돌입했다.
또한 공석인 산업건설위원장 보궐선거에서 김낙관 의원이 선출되었으며 당선된 김낙관 위원장은 “위원회 내실화 및 일하는 위원회의 모습을 확실히 보여주겠다”며 포부를 밝혔다.
한편 구미시의회는 제255회 임시회 마지막 날인 1월 25일 4차 본회의를 개의하고 기획행정위원회(위원장 최경동)에서 심사한 ‘구미시 어린이놀이시설 안전관리에 관한 일부개정조례안’등 조례안 2건 및 ‘제102회 전국체육대회 및 제41회 전국장애인체육대회에 대한 행정사무조사 특별위원회 활동계획서 승인의 건’(위원장 김낙관)을의결하고 제255회 임시회 활동을 마무리할 예정이다.

Gumi City Council, special session opening
