기상청에 따르면 동해남부전해상 풍랑예비특보가 발표되었고 동해남부앞바다에 최대풍속 14m/s 강한 바람과 최대 3.0m의 높은 물결이 일 것으로 관측하고 있다.

포항해양경찰서는“풍랑주의보및 너울성 파도 예보 시에는 해상 기상이 매우 나빠지고 해안 저지대나방파제 등 너울성 파도로 인한 안전사고 발생 가능성이 높으므로위험구역 출입을 자제해 줄 것”을 강조했다.
