【브레이크뉴스 안동】이성현 기자=안동시의회(의장 권기익)는 21일 제237회 임시회 제4차 본회의를 열어 각종 안건을 의결하고 폐회했다.

시의회에 따르면 이번 임시회에서는 조례안 7건, 동의안 8건, 출연금 지원계획안 9건, 2022년도 행정사무감사계획서 승인의 건을 포함한 총 25건의 각종 안건을 심의·의결했다.

의원발의 조례안은 1건으로 안동시 노인학대 예방 및 학대피해노인 보호에 관한 조례안(김정림, 김경도, 임태섭, 손광영, 김호석, 김순중 의원 공동발의)은원안가결됐다.

안동시장이 제출한 ‘안동시 지식재산 진흥에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’은 수정 가결되었고, ‘안동형 노인일자리사업 및 노인일자리 지원기관 추가지정 민간위탁 동의안’은 부결됐다. 또한 안동시 행정구역 통합추진 지원 조례안은 심사 끝에 보류됐다.

그리고 19일 열린 시정질문에서는 정복순 의원이 청소년 문화·힐링공간 조성사업, 청년창업 지원사업 관련 등에 대해 안동시의 적극행정을 요구했으며, 안유안 의원은 송현사단-안기 간 우회도로 혹은 차로 확장에 대한 제안과 안기천 생태하천 복원사업 진행과 관련된 사안 등을 질의했다.

20일 이어진 시정질문에서는 우창하 의원이 고향사랑기부금 제도 시행과 관련하여 안동시의 추진계획과 제도의 활성화를 위한 홍보 방안에 대해 질의하고, 임태섭 의원은 친수공간 조성 검토결과와 수상 에코 콤플렉스 조성 관련 추진계획 등 문화관광과 관련된 시정 전반에 대한질문을 진행했다.

마지막으로 김순중 의원은 시장과의 일문일답을 통해 도청이전신도시 건설과 주민들의 건강권과 관련한 시설에 대한 개선방안 등을 질의했다.
