봉화군에 따르면 가사돌봄지원사업은 12세 이하의 자녀를 둔 한부모가정, 맞벌이가정, 기타위기가정, 임산부를 대상으로 청소, 세탁, 설거지, 쓰레기 배출 등의 서비스를 지원하는 사업이다.

현재 24가정을 모집해 지원하고 있으며 분기별로 적극적인 홍보를 통해 이용자 가정을 추가 모집할 계획이다.

배재정 봉화군가족센터장은 “이번 사업을 통해 서비스 대상 가정의 육아 환경을 청결히 유지하고 가사 부담 경감 및 출산양육에 대한 부담을 완화해 부모와 자녀 모두 행복한 봉화군을 만들도록 노력하겠다.”라고 전했다.
