군에 따르면 양심우산은 갑작스러운 기후 변화로 우산을 준비하지 못해 불편함을 겪을 방문 민원인을 위해 마련됐다.

양심우산은 군청 민원실 중앙 입구에 비치되어 있으며 필요로 하는 누구나 대여할 수 있다. 이용한 후 7일 이내에 자율적으로 반납하면 된다.

우산에는 분실 방지를 위해 ‘봉화군 양심우산’이라는 글씨를 인쇄해 제작했으며 앞으로 더 많은 군민들이 이용 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 홍보할 예정이다.

김익찬 봉화군 종합민원실장은 “지역 주민들에게 작은 배려를 실천하고자 이번 양심우산 대여서비스를 운영하게 됐다.”며 “앞으로도 고객이 감동할 수 있는 민원서비스를 지속적으로 발굴해 시행하겠다.”라고 말했다.
