스마트도시 통합플랫폼은 각종 스마트시티 인프라와 연계하기 위한 기반을 구축하는 것으로 이미 구축되어 있는 고령군 통합관제센터를 중심으로 상황판을 구성하여 각종 긴급상황 발생시, 유관기관에 즉각적으로 시각적인 정보를 제공하고 통합관제를 시행하여 신속한 의사결정을 토대로 군민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는데 중점을 두고 구축할 계획이다.
