【브레이크뉴스 】이성현 기자=안동시의회(의장 권기익)는 11월 20일부터 12월 19일까지 30일간 일정으로 올해 마지막 회기인 제245회 제2차 정례회를 개회한다.

이번 정례회는 2023년도 주요업무성과와 2024년 업무계획 보고 청취와 2023년도 행정사무감사 실시 그리고 2024년도 예산안 및 2023년도 제3회 추가경정 예산안, 조례안 등 각종 안건을 심의·의결할 계획이다. 특히, 행정사무감사를 통해 집행기관에서 추진한 정책과 사업을 심도 있게 검토하여, 안동시 발전을 위한 비전과 대안을 제시할 예정이다.

첫날 20일 개회식을 시작으로 제1차 본회의에서는 회기결정의 건, 2024년도 시정운영 방향을 담은 시정연설, 2024년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안 제안설명, 2023년도 행정사무감사계획서 변경 승인의 건, 시장 및 관계공무원 출석요구의 건 등이 예정되어 있고 12월 4일 제2차 본회의에서는 2023년도 제3회 추가경정 예산안에 대한 제안설명이 있을 예정이다. 

세부 주요일정을 보면 21, 22일 2일간 2023년도 주요 업무성과와 2024년 업무계획보고, 11월 23일부터 30일까지 2023년도 행정사무감사가 있을 예정이며, 12월 1일에는 위원회에 회부된 각종 안건을 심사할 예정이다. 12월 4일부터 11일까지 예산안 예비심사를 실시하며, 이어 12일부터 18일까지 7일간은 예산결산특별위원회에서 예산안 등을 종합심사할 예정이다.

마지막 날인 12월 19일은 제3차 본회의를 열어 각 상임위원회에서 심사하여 회부된 안건과 2023년도 제3회 추가경정 예산안, 2024년도 예산안 및 기금운용계획안을 의결하고, 행정사무감사 결과보고서를 채택함으로써 마무리할 예정이다. 또한 11월 20일 제1차 본회의에서 김창현 의원(글로컬대학 선정에 따른 안동시의 적극행정을 촉구한다.)이 5분 자유발언을 통해 시정 현안에 대한 정책을 제안할 예정이다.
