【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항해양경찰서(서장 김지한)는 어린이날을 맞아 오는 5월 4일 포항해경대형함정 전용부두(포항여객선터미널부두)에서 1,000톤급 경비함정 공개 행사를 진행한다고 29일 밝혔다.

이번 기념행사에는 조타실, 함포 견학, 진압장비 착용 및 정복입기체험등 어린이들이 직접 해양경찰을 체험할 수 있도록 다채로운 프로그램이 준비되었으며 체험행사를 마친 어린이들에게는 작은 기념품도 증정할예정이다.

또한 어린이들이 즐겁고 유익한 시간이 될 수 있도록 페이스페인팅체험부스, 해양환경사진 전시장도 운영된다.

김지한 서장은 “미래의 주역인 어린이들에게 바다에 대한희망을 심어줄 수 있도록 안전한 행사를 준비하겠다.”고 전했다.
