【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군(군수 손병복)은 공동영농의 새로운 경영방식으로 농업소득을 배가시키는 경북 혁신 농업타운 조성사업에 대한 사전 수요조사를 7월 31일까지 실시한다고 4일 밝혔다.

군에 따르면 ‘혁신농업타운조성사업’은 농촌마을의 청년농과 기존 농가들이 하나의 영농 법인을 구성하여 기존 농가는 법인에 농지를 제공하고, 청년농 위주의 공동영농을 통해 규모화·기계화로 농촌의 소득을 높이고 복지까지 어우러진 새로운 개념의 사업으로 경상북도에서 역점적으로 추진하는 농업대전환 핵심사업이다.

경북은 2023년 문경, 예천, 구미를 시작으로 올해는 상주, 봉화, 영덕, 청송, 경주, 청도지역을 혁신농업타운으로 지정했으며 울진군은 내년도 선정을 목표로 수요조사를 실시한다.

사업대상은 들녘단위, 마을단위로 구성된 단체로서 이모작의 경우 50ha 이상, 시설작목 10ha 이상, 노지/과수의 경우 20ha 이상의 농가참여 동의가 이루어져야 하며, 사업 완료 전까지 법인화하여야 한다.

사업에 선정될 경우 공동영농에 필요한 시설장비 및 공동집하 선별 저장시설, 생산시설 현대화에 필요한 자금을 면적 및 작목에 따라 5~10억 규모에서 80%를 지원받게 된다.

손병복 울진군수는 “농촌마을 활성화를 위해 청년 농업인들과 고령의 토지주들이 공동영농을 통해 지속적으로 소득을 올릴 수 있는 기회인 만큼 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”라고 말했다.

In the case of double cropping, consent to participate is required from farms of more than 50ha, more than 10ha for facility crops, and more than 20ha for open field/fruit trees, and must be incorporated before the completion of the project.

 If selected for the project, 80% of the funds required for facility equipment, joint collection, selection and storage facilities, and modernization of production facilities required for joint farming will be supported in the range of KRW 500 million to KRW 1 billion depending on the area and crops.

 Uljin County Mayor Son Byeong-bok said, “We hope for a lot of interest and participation as this is an opportunity for young farmers and elderly landowners to continuously earn income through joint farming in order to revitalize rural villages.”
