이날 전달식에는 이세용 한울본부장과 황석수 울진교육지원청 교육장을 비롯해 울진군 종합자원봉사센터장, 울진군 녹색어머니연합회장이 참석하였으며, 교통안전 우산 870개를 관내 13개 초등학교의 1~3학년 학생에게 전달했다.

교통안전 우산은 투명한 비닐 재질로 자동차 불빛을 반사하는 야광 띠와 스쿨존 제한속도 30km가 표시되어 있어 아동 교통사고를 예방하는 효과가 크다.

황석수 교육장은 “지역 어린이들의 안전한 통학을 위해 세심한 나눔 활동을 해주는 한울본부에 깊이 감사드리며, 더불어 지역주민들의 교통안전 의식도 높아질 것으로 기대된다”라며 감사를 표했다.

이세용 한울본부장은“앞으로도 어린이들이 안전하고 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위해 다채로운 사회공헌활동을 실천하겠다”라고 화답했다.

Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters (Headquarters Director Lee Se-yong, hereinafter referred to as Hanul Headquarters) announced that it held a ‘Traffic Safety Umbrella Support Ceremony’ for children’s traffic safety on their way to and from school at the Uljin Office of Education on September 3.

Hanul Headquarters Director Lee Se-yong, Uljin Office of Education Superintendent Hwang Seok-soo, Uljin County Comprehensive Volunteer Center Director, and Uljin County Green Mothers’ Association President attended the ceremony, and 870 traffic safety umbrellas were delivered to students in grades 1-3 at 13 elementary schools in the district.

The traffic safety umbrellas are made of transparent vinyl and have a luminous strip that reflects car lights and a 30km school zone speed limit, making them highly effective in preventing children’s traffic accidents.
