【브레이크뉴스 안동】이성현 기자=안동시는 지난 9일 시청 소통실에서 대한민국 명예대표 문화관광축제 2024 안동국제탈춤페스티벌의축제 분위기를 조성 및 철저한 축제 준비를 위한 축제지원단 2차 추진상황 보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

시에 따르면 축제지원단은 부시장을 단장으로 8개 부 11개 지원팀 27개 반으로 편성운영되며, 지원반별로 부여된 임무에 따라 8월 5일부터 9월 26일까지는 ‘지원단 체제’로 축제를 준비하고, 축제기간인 9월 27일부터 10월 6일까지는 축제장에 종합상황실을 마련하여 ‘운영본부 체제’로 가동된다.

10일간진행되는 2024 안동국제탈춤페스티벌은축제 역사상 가장 많은 25개국 34개의 해외공연단이 참가해 전 세계의 다양한 탈춤을 한자리에서 선보이는 특별한 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다.

또한 축제음식문화 개선을 위해 음식 가격과 메뉴를 사전에 공개하고 바가지요금 전담 TF팀도 운영해 이번 축제에 안동국제탈춤페스티벌만의 차별화된 음식 문화도 선보일 예정이다.

이번 2차 추진상황 보고회는 한국정신문화재단 축제콘텐츠팀장의 축제 전반에 대한 발표와 11개 지원팀 주관부서장의 1차 보고회 이후 추진실적 및 보완실적에 대해 보고하고 권기창 안동시장의 총평으로 진행됐다.

시 관계자는 “축제지원단 추진상황 보고회를 두 차례 개최해 각 지원팀별 지원태세와 추진상황을 점검했으며, 남은 20여 일 동안 빈틈없는축제 준비에 총력을 다하겠다. 최종점검은 축제개최일 전날 축제장 현장에서 페이퍼리스회의를 개최해 안전한 축제를 위해 최선을 다할 것”이라고밝혔다.
