【브레이크뉴스 경북】이성현 기자=(재)경북테크노파크(원장 하인성)는 중소벤처기업부가 전국 19개 테크노파크 대상으로 실시한 2024년도(2023년도 실적 평가) 테크노파크 경영실적평가에서 최우수등급(S등급)을 획득했다고 18일 밝혔다.

이번 평가는 ‘산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법’에 의거 전국 19개 테크노파크를 대상으로 테크노파크의 기관 경영 효율성 및 투명성을 확보하고 기업지원 역량을 강화하기 위해 시행하며, 주요사업 및 기관관리 부문을 평가한다.

2024년 평가에서 경북테크노파크는 스마트공장 보급·확산사업 5년연속 최우수등급(S등급) 획득, 규제자유특구 전국 최다(5개) 지정, 지속가능경영(ESG경영) 추진에 대한 기관장의 높은 의지, 경영전략과 조직성과시스템 간 연계성 확보,노사파트너십프로그램 기반 노사 상생 조직문화 구축등 적극적인 사업 추진 노력 및 지속적인 조직혁신 측면에서 우수한 평가를 받았다.

이러한 성과를 인정받아 경영실적평가 우수 단체 및 개인 부문, 그리고 지역기업 지원성과 개인 부문에서 중소벤처기업부 장관표창을 수상했다.

또한 경북테크노파크는 2024년 경상북도 출자·출연기관 경영실적평가에서 A+등급을 받았다. 지난 2023년 평가결과 A등급에서 한 단계 더 상승한 A+등급을 획득하는 쾌거를 달성했다.

경상북도 경영실적평가에서는 지역 상생발전 생태계 강화를 위한 지산학연 체계로의 전환,성과관리시스템 기반 조직 운영 환류체계 구축, 경북 핵심 전략산업 성장 기반 마련 등에서 우수한 평가를 받았다.

하인성 원장은 “4년 연속 테크노파크 경영실적평가에서 최우수등급(S등급)을 획득하며 명실상부 전국 최고 수준의 테크노파크로 인정받고 있다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “올해 9월 경북하이브리드부품연구원과 통합하여 조직 규모와 기능이 확대된 만큼 경북도내 미래 전략산업을 더욱 체계적으로 육성하는 등 지산학연 핵심 허브 역할에 최선을 다하겠다”고 덧붙였다.

In the 2024 evaluation, Gyeongbuk Techno Park received excellent evaluations in terms of active business promotion efforts and continuous organizational innovation, such as obtaining the highest grade (S grade) for the smart factory distribution and expansion project for 5 consecutive years, designating the largest number (5) of regulatory-free special zones in the country, the strong will of the head of the organization to promote sustainable management (ESG management), securing linkage between management strategy and organizational performance system, and establishing a labor-management win-win organizational culture based on the labor-management partnership program.

In recognition of these achievements, it received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award in the excellent management performance evaluation group and individual category and the local enterprise support performance individual category.

In addition, Gyeongbuk Techno Park received an A+ grade in the 2024 Gyeongsangbuk-do investment and contribution organization management performance evaluation. It achieved the feat of obtaining an A+ grade, one level higher than the A grade in the 2023 evaluation.
