【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구가 별빛랜드를 테마로 빛 조형물을 설치해 연말연시 주민들에게 풍성한 볼거리를 제공한다고 15일 밝혔다.

오는 18일 북구청 광장과, 21일 칠곡네거리에서 크리스마스트리 점등식이 열린다.

식전 행사로 밝고 귀여운 어린이 합창단의 크리스마스 캐롤송 공연이 진행된다.

이를 시작으로 내년 1월 31일까지 옥산로 및 원대로 일대와 칠곡3지구 문화예술거리 이태원길에서 일몰 이후 빛으로 물드는 아름다운 거리를 만날 수 있다.

배광식 북구청장은 “올해도 구민들에게 아름다운 추억을 전달할 수 있도록 빛 거리를 준비했다”며 “사랑하는 가족, 친구, 연인과 함께 북구의 빛 거리를 걸으면서 행복한 시간을 보내길 바라며, 다가오는 새해에도 희망찬 한 해가 되시길 기원한다”고 말했다.
