윤 군수는 농업의 가치에 부합하는 부자 되는 청송농업 실현을 위해 생산비를 줄이는 영농환경 조성의 필요성을 강조하며, ‘다축형 평면과원 조성, 꼭지무절단 사과유통, 무적엽 사과 생산, 스마트 농업을 지원하여 생산비를 줄이고, 온라인 경매시스템을 도입해 유통비용을 줄이겠다.’고 말했다.

또한, 노인복지 증진을 위해 ‘경로당 어르신 행복밥상 사업, 주 5일 중식 지원 경로당 운영을 시범 사업으로 운영하고, 재가노인 식사배달 사업, 노인 맞춤 돌봄 서비스 지원 사업, 수준 높은 의료서비스 제공으로 청송군을 고령친화도시로 만들겠다.’고 밝혔다.
