【브레이크뉴스 안동】이성현 기자=안동시의회(의장 김경도)는 19일 제254회 제2차 정례회 제3차 본회의를 열어 각종 안건을 의결하고 폐회했다고 밝혔다.

이번 정례회는 2024년도 행정사무감사 실시에 따른 시정 91건, 촉구 95건, 건의 402건 등 총 588건의 행정사무감사 결과보고서를 채택하였다. 2024년도 제3회 추가경정 예산안과 2025년도 예산안은 수정 가결하였으며, 조례안과 일반 안건 중 27건은 원안 가결하고, 2건은 수정 가결했다. 안동시 도시관리계획(공공청사) 결정(변경)에 대한 의견청취의 건에 대해서는 찬성의견을 제시하는 것으로 의결했다.

불요불급한 행사성 사업비와 경상경비 등은 삭감하여 건전재정의 기조를 유지하고, 지역경제 활성화와 시민들을 위한 안정적인 복지환경 조성에 중점을 두고 심사해 2025년도 예산안 중 217억 9,348만 8천 원을 감액하고, 2023년도 제3회 추가경정 예산안은 3,000만 원을 감액하여 수정 가결했다.

의원발의 조례안은 3건으로, ▲안동시 영화·영상산업 진흥 조례안(이재갑, 권기윤, 권기익, 안유안, 김정림, 여주희 의원 공동발의), ▲안동시 사무의 공공기관 위탁·대행에 관한 조례안(여주희, 임태섭, 권기익, 권기탁, 김호석, 우창하, 김창현, 안유안 의원 공동발의), ▲안동시 공동주택관리 지원 조례 일부개정조례안(김창현, 권기윤, 김상진, 권기탁, 정복순, 우창하, 김순중, 박치선, 안유안, 김새롬, 여주희 의원 공동발의)이 원안 가결되었다.

아울러 제3차 본회의 의사일정에 앞서, 이재갑(한국정신문화의 수도, 위대한 시민께 고함)의원이 5분 자유발언을 통해 중차대한 역사적 시점에서 민주주의의 수호를 위해 집행부에 의회와의 적극적 소통의 필요성을 역설했다.
