지원대상은 건축법 제11조에 따라 건축허가를 받은 공동주택(아파트, 연립주택, 다세대주택)으로서 사용승인일로부터 10년 이상 경과한 건축물로 5년 이내 동일 또는 유사한 사업으로 지원된 공동주택은 제외된다.

다만 석축·옹벽·절개지 등 긴급히 보수가 필요한 사업에 대해서는10년이 경과하지 않아도 지원할 수 있다.

지원내용은 옥상보수, 주차장, 보안등, 담장, 옹벽 등 공용부분으로, 공사비의 80%(최대 1,760만원)를 지원한다.

신청기간은 내년 2월 7일까지로 신청서 및 관련서류를 갖추어 울진군청 민원실(건축팀)에 방문 신청하면 되며, 사업 관련 자세한 내용과 서식은울진군청 홈페이지(고시·공고)에서 확인할 수 있다.
