【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구고용노동청(청장 윤수경)은 8일 관내 건설현장을 대상으로 동절기화재‧폭발 및 붕괴 사고, 한랭질환 등을 예방하기 위한 현장점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

겨울철은 난방기구 사용이 많아지고, 춥고 건조한 날씨속 용접·용단 작업시주변 가연물에 불꽃이 튀어화재·폭발등의 사고가 발생할 수 있어 각별한주의가 필요하다.

이에 ▴작업장 내 위험물, 가연물 파악 및 안전장소 보관, ▴화재 위험작업 작업계획 수립등에 대한 점검을 중점적으로 실시했다.

아울러, 건설현장은 추운 겨울철이 되면 콘크리트가 충분히 굳지 않은 상태에서 거푸집·동바리를 해체하여 무너지는 사고가 발생할 수 있어 거푸집·동바리 존치기간 준수여부, 콘크리트 강도 저하에 대비한 지지대 설치, 굴착 사면 기울기 준수및 흙막이 지보공 설치여부 등을 점검했다.

이와 함께옥외작업을 하면서 발생할 수 있는 한랭질환(저체온증, 동상 등)을예방하기 위한3대 기본수칙(➀따뜻한 옷 착용, ➁따뜻한 물 섭취, ➂따뜻한 쉼터에서 휴식)도 안내했다.

윤수경 대구고용노동청장은“급격한기온 변화가 있는 경우 콘크리트 안정성이낮아지므로 붕괴 예방조치 이행상황을 점검하고, 화재사고에 대비한 대피 훈련도 주기적으로 실행하며,따뜻한 물과 옷, 쉼터를 제공하여 근로자가한랭질환에 걸리지 않도록조치해달라”라고 당부했다.
