안동시는 표준지 공시지가의 정확성을 높이기 위해 지난해보다 90필지 증가한 5,636필지를 선정했다.

안동시의 표준지공시지가가 가장 높은 곳은 서부동 149-117번지(컬럼비아안동점) 상업용지로 ㎡당 6,127,000원이며, 가장 낮은 곳은 예안면 태곡리 산120번지(태곡리 마을회관 동측) 임야로 ㎡당 263원으로 조사됐다.

표준지공시지가는 개별공시지가의 산정기준이 되는 것은 물론, 토지에 대한 감정·평가 기준 및 일반적인 토지거래의 지표로 활용된다.

표준지공시지가 열람은 부동산공시가격알리미 누리집에서 확인할 수 있고 안동시청 토지정보과에서도 열람할 수 있다.

공시된 표준지가에 대하여 이의가 있는 소유자 또는 이해관계인은 1월 24일(금)부터 2월 24일(월)까지 이의신청사유를 증명하는 서류를 첨부해 위 누리집이나 국토교통부에 서면으로 이의신청서를 제출하면 된다.
