3일 대구시에 따르면 올해 대구시 신규공무원 선발인원은 5급 1명(일반의무 1), 7급 12명(일반행정 2, 수의 10), 9급 335명(일반행정 및 시설 등), 연구·지도직 16명 등 25개 직류 364명이다.

이는 전년 대비 151명이 증가(증 58%)한 것으로, 대구 미래 번영의 초석인 TK신공항 건설 등 시정 전 분야에 걸쳐 ‘대구혁신 100+1’을 차질 없이 추진하고, 대구경북 행정통합을 통해 한반도 제2대 도시로 도약하는데 새로운 추동력이 마련될 것으로 기대된다.

직렬별 선발인원은 ▲의무직5급 1명, ▲행정직7급 2명, ▲수의직7급 10명, ▲행정직9급 56명, ▲세무직 40명, ▲전산직 9명, ▲사회복지직 19명, ▲사서직 5명, ▲속기직 3명, ▲공업직 47명, ▲농업직 3명, ▲녹지직 13명, ▲의료기술직 1명, ▲환경직 8명, ▲시설직 117명, ▲방송통신직 5명, ▲운전직 9명, ▲보건연구직 6명, 환경연구직 8명, 수의연구직 1명, 농촌지도직 1명이다.

제1회 임용 필기시험은 3개 연구직류를 대상으로 4월 26일(토)에, 제2회 임용 필기시험은 행정9급 등 19개 직류를 대상으로 6월 21일(토)에, 제3회 임용 필기시험은 행정7급과 기술계 고졸 등 5개 직류를 대상으로 11월 1일(토)에 각각 치러지며, 의무5급은 별도 공고 후 선발 예정이다.

올해는 지난해 7월 첫 시행된 ‘거주지 제한 요건 폐지’를 총 3회 임용시험에 모두 적용하여 전국의 우수 인재를 적극 영입하는 한편, 지식 암기 위주의 현행 9급 공무원 시험이 현장 직무와 밀접한 사고력 평가 방식으로 개선됨에 따라 국어·영어 필기시험 시간이 각각 5분씩 연장될 예정이다.

The first written exam for appointment will be held on Saturday, April 26 for three research positions, the second written exam for appointment will be held on Saturday, June 21 for 19 positions including Administrative Grade 9, and the third written exam for appointment will be held on Saturday, November 1 for five positions including Administrative Grade 7 and technical high school graduates. The selection of Grade 5 civil servants will be announced separately.
