【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구시교육청(교육감 강은희) 산하 5개 공공도서관은방과후 돌봄이 필요한 초등학생 3~4학년을 대상으로 1학기 ‘늘봄형 도서관학교’참가 학생을 모집한다고 11일 밝혔다.

‘늘봄형 도서관학교’는 독서습관 형성, 자기주도적 학습능력 향상, 학부모의 양육 부담 및 사교육 완화를 위해 도서관에서 한 학기 동안 매일 운영하는 방과후 교육·돌봄 통합 프로그램이다.

대구2･28기념학생도서관(관장 김칠구)은 문해력 향상 글쓰기, 독서프로그램,한국사, 그림책 영어, 생성형 AI 등 요일별다양한 주제 영역의 교과 연계 프로그램을 주 5일간(토․일․공휴일·휴관일 제외), 오후 3시부터 저녁 8시까지 운영한다.

대구북부도서관(관장 제갈선희)은 통합독서, 힐링댄스, 스토리텔링 한자, 디지털리더, 창의미술, 음악놀이터, 독서&북토크 등 12개 프로그램을 여름방학 전까지 주 5일간(토․일․공휴일·휴관일 제외), 방과 후부터 저녁 8시까지 운영한다.

대구서부도서관(관장 이재숙)은 다 함께 전래놀이, 읽기로 생각 다지기, 쓰기로 표현력 키우기, 아이돌 방송댄스 등의 프로그램을 주 4일간(화~금)오후 4시부터 6시까지 요일별로 진행한다.

대구수성도서관(관장 권이섬)은 늘봄 독서교실, 신나는 영어뮤지컬, 칼림바로 떠나는 음악여행, 과학교과 연계 늘봄 실험실 등 8개 프로그램을 주 4일간(화~금)오후 4시부터 6시까지 요일별로 운영한다.

삼국유사군위도서관(관장 홍종애)은 매주 화요일 오후 3시 30분부터 5시 30분까지 나만의 한글 사전 만들기, 그림책 낭독&필사, 그림책과 함께하는 놀이코딩, 신나는 놀이 체육을 7월22일까지 주 1회 운영한다.

참가를 원하는 학생은 2·28학생, 북부, 서부, 수성 등 4개 도서관은 2월 11일(화)부터, 삼국유사군위도서관은 13일부터 각 도서관 누리집을 통해 신청할수 있다.

Five public libraries under the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education are recruiting students for the first semester ‘Nulbom-type Library School’

On the 11th, the five public libraries under the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kang Eun-hee) announced that they are recruiting students for the first semester ‘Nulbom-type Library School’ for elementary school students in grades 3 and 4 who need after-school care.

‘Nulbom-type Library School’ is an integrated after-school education and care program operated by libraries every day for one semester to form reading habits, improve self-directed learning ability, and alleviate parental burden and private education.

The Daegu 2/28 Memorial Student Library (Director Kim Chil-gu) operates curriculum-related programs in various subject areas such as literacy improvement writing, reading programs, Korean history, picture book English, and generative AI five days a week (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and closed days) from 3 PM to 8 PM.

Daegu Northern Library (Director Jegal Seon-hee) operates 12 programs including integrated reading, healing dance, storytelling Chinese characters, digital reader, creative art, music playground, and reading & book talk, 5 days a week (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and closed days) from after school to 8 p.m. until summer vacation.

Daegu Western Library (Director Lee Jae-sook) operates programs such as traditional games, strengthening thoughts through reading, developing expressive power through writing, and idol broadcast dance, 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. depending on the day.

Daegu Suseong Library (Director Kwon Ee-seom) operates 8 programs including Neulbom Reading Class, Exciting English Musical, Music Journey with Kalimba, and Neulbom Laboratory linked to science subjects, 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. depending on the day.

Samguk Yusa Gunwi Library (Director Hong Jong-ae) will operate the Making Your Own Korean Dictionary, Picture Book Reading & Transcription, Play Coding with Picture Books, and Exciting Play Physical Education once a week until July 22nd from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM every Tuesday.

Students who wish to participate can apply through the respective library homepages for the 2/28 Students, Bukbu, Seobu, and Suseong libraries starting from February 11th (Tuesday), and Samguk Yusa Gunwi Library starting from the 13th.
