이번 협의회는 1부 2025년도 남부Wee센터 주요 사업 방향 및 Wee프로젝트 개편 방안 공유, 2부 세부 사업 운영 방안 협의로 진행됐다.

협의회를 통해 학생들의 심리적 어려움을 사전에 예방하고 위기상황 발생 시 신속한 지원이 가능하도록 실질적인 방안을 모색했다.

이와 관련해 남부Wee센터는 2025년부터 학교 현장 맞춤형 지원을 대폭 강화할 계획이다.

주요 사업으로는 찾아가는 학교지원(개인상담, 심리교육·집단상담, 심리검사 및 해석 상담), 학부모 지원(주제별 양육코칭, 릴레이 양육코칭을 통한 가족기능 회복), 교사 지원(찾아가는 교사 연수, Wee클래스 운영 컨설팅)이 진행된다.

류호 교육장은 “남부Wee센터가 학교생활 적응에 어려움을 겪는 학생과 학생 지도에 어려움을 겪는 교사들을 적극 지원하여, 학교 현장의 안정화에 이바지하길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
